Please read carefully

By enrolling in ProdXVerse, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These terms govern your participation in the program, your obligations as a student, and our obligations to you.

1

Acceptance of terms

By submitting a program application, completing enrollment, or accessing any ProdXVerse course material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProdXVerse (operated by Ishtiaq Shaheer, Bengaluru, India). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not enroll in or participate in the program.

2

Enrollment & eligibility

Enrollment in ProdXVerse cohorts is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
  • Admission is selective. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. ProdXVerse reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed-upon partial payment and a written enrollment confirmation email from ProdXVerse.
  • You must have access to a computer with a stable internet connection and Figma (free plan is sufficient) to participate fully.
  • Seats are limited per cohort. Enrollment is on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis after acceptance.
3

Fees & payment

Program fees are stated on the official ProdXVerse website at the time of application and are subject to change between cohorts.

  • Payment plans: Where installment options are offered, you agree to honor all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.
  • Currency: All fees are quoted and collected in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes: Fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Scholarships & discounts: Any scholarship or discount is applied at the time of enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively.

For refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4

Student responsibilities

To get the most out of ProdXVerse — and to ensure fairness to your cohort — you agree to the following:

  • Time commitment: You commit to dedicating a minimum of 10–15 hours per week to program activities including live sessions, assignments, and peer critique.
  • Attendance: You are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of live sessions. Recordings are available but do not substitute for live participation in mentor critiques.
  • Original work: All assignments and portfolio projects submitted must be your own original work. Plagiarism, copying peer submissions, or misrepresenting AI-generated work as entirely your own is grounds for immediate removal.
  • Respectful participation: You agree to engage constructively in all community spaces (Discord, live sessions, critique calls). Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Confidentiality: Live sessions, mentor feedback, and peer work shared within the cohort are confidential. You must not record, redistribute, or publicly share session recordings or peer submissions without explicit written consent.
5

Intellectual property

ProdXVerse content: All curriculum materials, video recordings, frameworks, prompt libraries, Figma templates, process documents, and other resources provided during the program are the exclusive intellectual property of ProdXVerse. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your own learning during and after the program.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display ProdXVerse curriculum materials
  • Use ProdXVerse content to create or deliver a competing educational program
  • Share login credentials or grant access to program materials to non-enrolled individuals

Your work: You retain full ownership of all portfolio projects, case studies, and creative work you produce during the program. By submitting work for mentor review, you grant ProdXVerse a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your work (with attribution) on our website and marketing materials for the purpose of showcasing program outcomes. You may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.

6

Code of conduct

Zero-tolerance behaviours

Harassment, hate speech, sexual misconduct, bullying, or threats toward any student, mentor, or staff member will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program without refund.

ProdXVerse is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive learning environment. All participants agree to:

  • Treat all cohort members, mentors, and guests with dignity and respect regardless of background, gender, religion, caste, or ability.
  • Engage in design critiques constructively — attack the work, never the person.
  • Not share, copy, or misrepresent peer students' work in any public forum.
  • Respect mentor time by preparing for sessions, submitting work before deadlines, and communicating proactively if you need to reschedule.

Placement assistance & outcome claims

No employment guarantee

ProdXVerse provides job placement assistance and warm referrals to hiring partners, but does not guarantee employment or a specific salary outcome. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Metrics displayed on our website (e.g., "+340% average salary increase," "400+ designers transformed") are based on self-reported data from willing alumni and reflect past cohort averages. Individual results will vary. These statistics are not guarantees of your personal outcome.

Placement assistance includes: resume review, LinkedIn audit, mock interviews, portfolio sharing with hiring partners, and warm introductions to companies in our network. This assistance is provided in good faith and does not create any obligation on the part of hiring companies to interview or employ you.

8

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ProdXVerse's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your participation in the program shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific cohort in question.
  • ProdXVerse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
  • ProdXVerse is not responsible for technical issues with third-party platforms (Discord, Zoom, Figma, Razorpay) outside our reasonable control.
  • In the unlikely event that a scheduled cohort must be cancelled by ProdXVerse (e.g., force majeure), enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
9

Termination & removal

ProdXVerse reserves the right to remove any student from the program for the following reasons:

  • Violation of the Code of Conduct (Section 6)
  • Academic dishonesty including plagiarism (Section 4)
  • Non-payment or failure to honor a payment plan
  • Sharing, redistribution, or resale of proprietary program materials (Section 5)
  • Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for other students

In cases of removal for conduct violations, no refund will be issued. In cases of removal due to our error or cancellation, students are entitled to a pro-rated refund as described in the Refund Policy.

10

Governing law & disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication. Please contact us at legal@prodxverse.com.
